[Dabanga] Kauda -- The Sudan People's Liberation Movement-North led by Abdelaziz El Hilu (SPLM-N El Hilu) in South Kordofan and Blue Nile state, reported the death of more than 400 people due to hunger within a month. More than 50,000 children are severely malnourished. The movement accused the Sudanese authorities of obstructing the delivery of humanitarian aid to these areas.
