[Dabanga] Khartoum -- The mainstream Forces for Freedom and Change-Central Council (FFC-CC) withdrew from an informal meeting called by the Sudan Quartet (United States of America, Britain, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates) with rebel movements and the military on Saturday.
