Department of Tourism. Given that it is UberSoca Cruise’s tenth journey, this year’s event will be a significant milestone. The Norwegian Jade is scheduled to arrive at the Ann E. Abramson Marine Facility in Frederiksted on October 24 with an anticipated attendance of over 2,500 partygoers.
