[The Herald] THE Committee of Ministers of Trade (CMT) of the Southern African Development Community (Sadc) has approved extension of the implementation of the Trade Facilitation Programme (TFP) for the period 2020-2030 in line with the revised Regional Indicative Strategic Development Plan (RISDP).
