[Parliament of South Africa] The South African Local Government Association (Salga) and the Congress of South African Trae Unions (Cosatu) gave their responses yesterday to the Select Committee on Appropriations on the Division of Revenue Bill. The bill was tabled recently in the National Assembly by the Minister of Finance.
