[SAnews.gov.za] Deputy President Paul Mashatile in his capacity as Chairperson of the Inter-Ministerial Committee on Land Reform and Agriculture, will on Friday officially hand over title deeds to the Qelana and Qolombana communities in the Eastern Cape.
