[spotlight] Mthuthuzeli Mhlana from Qwidlana village in the Eastern Cape is excited as he enters the vaccination centre. Mhlana who tells Spotlight he has not registered on the electronic vaccination data system (EVDS), is surprised when he gets his jab anyway.
