[Daily Maverick] The progress of the Copyright Amendment Bill and Performers Protection Amendment Bill was halted after Cyril Ramaphosa referred the bills back to Parliament for further consideration, as they did not 'pass constitutional muster and may therefore be vulnerable to constitutional challenge'.
