[Shabelle] Washington -- Two U.S. lawmakers are accusing the U.S. Agency for International Development of providing financial support to Al-Shabaab, Hamas, and the Taliban, alleging that taxpayer money is being funneled to terrorist organizations in Somalia, Palestine, and Afghanistan.
