Reference is made to Dr. Thomas Singh’s letters published in the Stabroek News editions of February 14th and 24th, 2024, with the captions: “Guyana’s explosive growth appears to be more a result of us seeking short term gains”, and “that gov’t is making the decisions on allocation of oil wealth points to a deeper concern”, respectively.
