Saint Lucia's new Education Minister, Shawn Edward, is looking forward to his new role and says there are a number of pressing issues to be addressed, a key one of which is the reopening of schools on September 6. 'I want to ensure as much as possible that we are in a position to open all the schools on the 6th of September.
