By: Alysa Wilson The U.S. Capitol Police and federal law enforcement agencies are on high alert for March 4 after officials said they have obtained intelligence that there is a plot to breach the Capitol by a militia group, according to ABC News. A joint intelligence bulletin was sent to state law enforcement agencies by the Department of Homeland Security and the FBI.
