Rights and media groups urged Rwanda on Tuesday (Jan. 31) to conduct an independent and impartial probe into the death of journalist and government critic John Williams Ntwali. Rwandan police spokesman said his accident case file had been transmitted to the prosecution, declining to futher comment.
