A member of the Federal Reserve paid a call on the Virgin Islands this week to measure the local economy’s strengths and weaknesses and hear the views of those in government, business, and commerce. It’s been four years since the last time the head of Federal Reserve Region 2 met with government and business leaders in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
