After nearly two months of deliberations, the Tulsa Public Schools Board has failed to fill a vacant North Tulsa school board seat. For the past few weeks, the Board has been bogged down in a series of 3-3 votes with different factions unwilling to break the logjam to fill the seat for District 2 that Judith Barba Perez vacated at the end of January.
