The Ondo State Government has disclosed that the judgement of the state High Court declaring illegal the creation of 33 Local Council Development Areas (LCDAs) by the late former Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu is currently being analysed. According to the Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Olukayode Ajulo, who disclosed this in a statement signed by his media assistant, Dele Sadiq Jobi, the rule of law would be followed. It will be recalled that Justice A.O. Adebusuoye, in his judgement on Thursday, stated that the LCDAs were not lawfully created.
