Organization of American States (OAS) observers will travel to Saint Lucia on July 21 for this country's July 26, 2021 general elections, it has been announced.According to a government statement, Saint Lucia's Permanent Representative to the OAS, Anton Edmunds, Friday signed on behalf of the government of Saint Lucia, an agreement with the OAS, welcoming the delegation.The statement said OAS Secretary General Luis Almagro signed on his organisation 's behalf.The OAS mission will depart Saint Lucia on July 29.
