[Leadership] President Muhammadu Buhari yesterday commissioned the new three million metric tonnes capacity per annum state-of-the-art Dangote Fertiliser Urea Plant, during which he expressed confidence that the project would give a huge fillip to Nigeria's agricultural sector.
