[Daily Trust] The Kaduna Refinery is expected to resume operations by the first quarter of 2023 based on the refinery rehabilitation programme progress and timeline, the Managing Director, Kaduna Refining and Petrochemical Company (KRPC) Engr. Ezekiel Osarolube said on Monday.
