[Vanguard] Ibadan -- Following the explosion that rocked major parts of Ibadan, on Tuesday, one of the survivors, Alhaji Mohammed Musa, who lives close to the epicentre, said it was foreigners, who were engaged in illegal mining activities that caused the blast.
