[Vanguard] Abuja -- A Federal High Court in Abuja has held that the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, was not obligated to give the Voters' Register to the Edo State Independent Electoral Commission, EDSIEC, for elections, as this would amount to supporting an illegality.
