A widely circulated video on Twitter shows a man being pushed out of an emergency exit on the Manhattan subway station by officers not wearing their masks, the Daily News reports . The passenger, Andy Gilbert, asked the officers why they didn't have masks on, given a state mandate requiring everyone to wear a face-covering on the subway.
