Reference is made to “Important to note that pump stations were advertised under open tendering conditions and awarded by NPTAB” (Mar 12) from Janell Cameron of Ministry of Agriculture in response to complaint about wasted resources at the Ministry of Agriculture and the higher prices Guyanese pay for local foods when contrasted with imports.
