Dear Editor,
In reference to the passing of Mr Philip Allsopp, I would like to state that here was a man who dedicated his long and fruitful life to our country and to the welfare of the people of Guyana - just one example of his competence and dedication is the building of the Linden Highway which still stands, solid as a rock, up to this day.
