[AIM] Maputo -- Mozambique's general elections, scheduled for 9 October, will take place without restrictions throughout the country, including in areas previously affected by islamist terrorism, promised the chairperson of the National Elections Commission (CNE), Anglican Bishop Carlos Matsinhe.
