White joins the district from Dorchester County School District 4 where he has served as principal at Woodland High School for the past three years.
White began his career as a science teacher at South Florence High School in Florence School District One in 2007.
He next joined Berkeley County School District as the Science, Aerospace Engineering, and Digital Electronics teacher in 2010 before becoming an assistant principal at Allendale-Fairfax High School in Allendale County Schools in 2012.
White spent a year serving in this capacity before transitioning back to Berkeley County Schools as an assistant principal at Cross High School and later Stratford High School
.
White also holds a South Carolina school administration certification and is a certified Project Lead the Way instructor in Aerospace Engineering and Digital Electronics.
