A Moroccan appeals court increased the sentences of 13 migrants to 3 years over a deadly attempted crossing into the Spanish enclave of Melilla. Their lawyer added on Jan. 09 that his clients were accused of charges including illegal entry to Morocco and violence against law enforcement officials.
