A celebratory night turned into tragedy for a fan of rapper Megan Thee Stallion. The Houston Hottie was alerted that one of her fans, Cyril Briscoe, 26, was shot and killed Monday in a drive-by shooting hours after meeting her in a Washington D.C. nightclub. A woman, claiming to be Briscoe's relative, took to Twitter announcing his untimely death with hopes of gaining the Fever emcee's attention. According to CBS Baltimore, Briscoe was one of several people traveling in a vehicle around 5 a.m. Monday morning when another vehicle pulled alongside them and opened fire. He was pronounced dead on the scene. The other passengers were not injured.
