[FrontPageAfrica] Monrovia -- The Liberia of government through the National Fisheries and Aquaculture Authority has signed a partnership agreement with the government of Senegal through its Research Institute, "Senegalese Institute of Agriculture Research and the Oceanographic Research Center of Dakar Thiaroye (ISRA/CRODT)".
