[FrontPageAfrica] Capitol Hill -- A 10-year contract signed by the Coalition for Democratic Change (CDC) led-government of former President George Manneh Weah and Medtech Scientific Liberia Limited has been characterized by gross violations of the Public Procurement and Concession Commission (PPCC) and Public Financial Management (PFM) Laws of Liberia, leading to the unofficial diversion of the country's share of funds being collected under the agreement.
