[Capital FM] Kiambu -- The Government, through the National Drought Management Authority (NDMA) has disbursed Sh537 million under the Hunger Safety Net Programme (HSNP) to 99,494 poor and vulnerable households in Marsabit, Wajir, Mandera and Turkana counties.
