[Capital FM] Nyandarua -- The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) has cleared former Nyandarua Governor Daniel Waithaka Mwangi to run for office again despite his name being flagged by the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC).
