[Capital FM] Tatu City, Kenya, 14 June 2022 - The construction of Kenya's largest contact centre that will employ thousands of young people has officially kicked off at Tatu City. The 4000-seat facility will open its doors at the end of next year to provide business process outsourcing that supports the whole customer lifecycle in both traditional voice interactions as well as digital.
