[Capital FM] Nairobi -- Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) Chairperson Wafula Chebukati on Thursday said the commission will seek a referendum budget from the National Treasury before undertaking verification of signatures collected in support of the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI).
