[Capital FM] Nairobi -- Civil Society Organizations have threatened to move to court to seek intervention on the action by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) to revoke a notice published on August 9, stipulating spending limits for candidates and political parties in next year's elections.
