Kaduna State Governor, Uba Sani, has announced plans establish three new military forward operating bases in Southern Kaduna, Giwa, and Birnin-Gwari Local Government Areas to intensify efforts against banditry, kidnapping, and other security threats. Sani made this announcement at a meeting with the Kaduna Elders Forum on Monday, revealing that the presence of a new base will enhance security and allow farmers to access their farms without fear. The governor also disclosed that his administration has distributed 150 patrol vehicles to various security agencies and supported over 60,000 smallholder farmers with farm implements and fertilisers to boost productivity and address
