With sadness and deepest regrets, the family, friends and church family of Joseph Benjamin Daly, affectionately known as “Ham” or “Brother Daly,” announces his passing at the Roy Lester Schneider Regional Center on St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands, on Monday, Jan. 30.
