Your spouse’s attorney is not at all invested in “winning.” Your spouse’s attorney wants the divorce to be conducted fairly without excessive stress. This does not mean that your spouse’s attorney will recommend a push-over. Rather, your spouse’s attorney will recommend someone they respect. Someone they can wrk with rather than against.
