Gov. Albert Bryan Jr. has issued proclamations for June that recognize Virgin Islands fishing culture, Caribbean culture bearers, amateur radio operators and those who have been diagnosed with Sickle Cell Anemia. He will also emphasize the importance of the oceans, HIV testing and men’s health.
