[Ghanaian Times] Member of Parliament for the North Tongu Constituency, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, is appealing to state institutions to put in place immediate measures and a special dispensation to replace national cards of victims of last year's Akosombo and Kpong dam spillages.
