[Ghanaian Times] The Ghana Centre for Democratic Development (CDD-Ghana) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Internal Audit Agency (IAA) to institute a public financial accountability index dubbed: "The District Accountability Index (DAI)".
