George died on May 25, after former Minneapolis Police officer Derek Chauvin drove his knee into the 46-year-old’s neck until he passed out.
Chauvin and three other MPD officers were fired after the incident.
After days of unrest, Chauvin was arrested on Friday and charged with murder and manslaughter, per WCCO.
