[Foroyaa] The Minister of Information and Communication Infrastructure has told Foroyaa that lightning is the cause of the paralysis of the billing system of Gamcel. In a telephone interview yesterday, the Minister said that lightning struck the Gamcel equipment and paralysed the billing system which facilitates the purchase of credit.
