For the first time, this year First Citizens will also take this event to Barbados in August.

In keeping with the theme, participants will be encouraged to dream big, take bold actions, and turn their aspirations into achievements, the release said.

Keynote speeches will be delivered by prominent local entrepreneurs like Kathryn Nurse, Solange Govia, Abeni Taylor, and Kimmi Potts.

Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in thought-provoking panel discussions, as well as workshops on topics such as personal safety, mental health awareness, digital media and financial literacy, the release said.
