THE EDITOR: While I compliment the recently installed lighting, imitation clay-tile sidewalks and fancy garbage bins on Ariapita Avenue, there is one not-so-small detail that needs to be addressed. That is the regular clearing of the said bins.
Come on, man, finish the job.
