By Briasia Russ New FBI agent Tai has made history by becoming the first Black woman to train for any of the Bureau’s Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) team. She will be training at the New Operator Training School (NOTS), a 10-week course that prepares those selected for SWAT field operations. Once the new agent passes NOTS, she will join the San Juan Division’s SWAT team as a probationary member.
