[ENA] Addis Ababa -- Xeer Ciise, the oral customary law practiced by the Somali-Issa communities in Djibouti, Ethiopia, and Somalia, has been registered by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) as a part of the world's intangible cultural heritage, symbolizing the collective identity of humanity.
