[Ethiopian Herald] Addis Ababa -- Ethiopia is about to close two refugee camps namely Hitsats and Shimelba in northern Tigray State due to safety concerns as well as poor conditions of the centers, according to Administration for Refugee and Returnee Affairs (ARRA).
