[RFI] Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed inaugurated electricity production at the controversial, multi-billion-euro Grand Renaissance dam on the Blue Nile on Sunday. Downstream neighbours Egypt and Sudan view the project as a threat to their share of Nile waters.
