[Addis Standard] Addis Abeba -- The Ethiopian Institution of the Ombudsman (EIO) reported massacres and severe infrastructural destruction, in the Amhara and Afar regional states. The survey was conducted in seven zones of Amhara and two zones of Afar regions.
